To Crisp Adobo Flakes,

I love you for all your complex glory, for the flavour that permeates through literally every shred and fiber of your being.

To Apple Cider Chicken Adobo,

You genuinely warm my heart with the idea of coming home to a pot. 

To Twice-Fried Pork Belly Adobo,

Your sticky soy covered chunks, fat rendering through each cut, slowly frying in a pan tickles my taste buds like no other.
